I'm sitting here with my Peanuts Halloween shirt (glittery "BOO" with Woodstock, Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Linus and Schroder) and my Halloween earrings (a teddy bear dressed up as a mummy) and that's about how far I've gone. I might watch some Universal classic horror later tonight. It's a bummer that nobody shows that stuff on tv anymore. I'd even settle for some Hammer films.

Also, as you can see, I have a new fabulous layout designed by t_eyla. I realized I needed something for my major fandom. I might look around for backups to keep things fresh.

Last week's quote was from M*A*S*H as I announced, uttered by Frank Burns in the episode "Bulletin Board"

Now for the songs. I think I touched on them all in the comments but here they are:
1. I Am the Walrus -- The Beatles
2. Desire -- U2
3. Save it for Later -- English Beat
4. Roxanne -- Police
5. Solsbury Hill -- Peter Gabriel

He was deathly pale, just like a waxen image, and the red eyes glared with the horrible vindictive look which I knew so well.

1. ...come hold me tight Kiss me my darling, be mine tonight
2. In a little cafe just the other side of the border She was just sitting there givin' me looks that made my mouth water
3. As I walk along, I wonder what went wrong,
4. Last night I said these words to my girl I know you never even try girl
5. I was justified when I was five Raising cane, I spit in your eye
Current Mood: gigglygiggly
Current Music: Follow You, Follow Me -- Genesis

Uh oh, someone has an OTP layout.

There was plenty of Halloween activity up here (altho hardly any trick or treaters at my house) - I could send you some hubbub.

OK, were I to try your quote, I would say Dracula, but you mock me when I don't get them.

I know the songs but my foggy brain won't recall all the artists for another few hours. Nonetheless,

1. It's Now or Never - Elvis
2. Come a Little Bit Closer (you're my kind of man, so big and so strong...but I can't remember the band)
3. Runaway - Del Shannon (or Bonnie Raitt)
4. Please Please Me - those guys, again! Someone might get the impression that you are obsessed or something.
5. The Bitch is Back - Elton John

And now, back to sleep....

Yes, the quote is Dracula. I thought it was descriptive enough to work but without really giving it away.

1. yes
2. Jay and the Americans
3. Del Shannon
4. I actually had to do a bit of editing or there would have been a lot more!
5. yes
